Daram-G Environment Club – Happy Earth Day!
On April 24, our Daram-G Environment Club held a special Earth Day project focused on the 3Rs: Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle. Through warm-up discussions, students talked about what happens to trash after we throw it away and explored the difference between polluted and clean environments. They then learned the meaning and importance of each “R” with simple examples from daily life.
The highlight of the day was our outdoor trash clean-up and recycling activity in the Daram-G garden. Students worked together to collect litter and sort it into the correct bins, practicing how to care for the environment in a hands-on way. The class ended with worksheet activities and discussion time, giving students a chance to reflect on what they learned and share ideas about protecting our planet.
It was a meaningful and active day that helped our children better understand how small actions can make a big difference. We are proud of our young learners for showing responsibility, teamwork, and love for nature as they celebrated Earth Day together.
